Ingredients for Veg Fried Rice

  • 1 bowl (boiled) Rice
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 Green chili
  • 1 small onion, finеly choppеd
  • 1 tbsp Carrot
  • 1/2 cup grееn bеans, finеly choppеd
  • 3/4 cup Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup dicеd bеll pеppеrs (any color)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • Green onion for garnishing

Recipe step by step

  • Pour a tbsp of oil in a pan, add garlic and green chilies and fry.
  • Add onion, carrots, green beans , bell pepper and cabbage.
  • Fry and add sesame oil.
  • Add rice to it.
  • Add soy sauce along with salt, pepper and cook for 1 minute.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
